Our products are handcrafted in Kenya. Due to the nature of natural materials (leather and canvas), minor variations in grain, texture, and colour may occur. These are not defects but characteristics of the materials.

We make every effort to display product colours accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will accurately reflect the actual colour of the product.

2.3 Availability
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

3.1 Pricing
Prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KSh) and are subject to change without notice.

3.2 Order Acceptance
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or issues identified by our fraud avoidance department.

3.3 Payment
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. We accept payment via M-Pesa, credit/debit cards, and other methods displayed at checkout.

4.1 Shipping
Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
