Sabora Canvas is a Kenyan manufacturing company rooted in precision, practical design, and local craftsmanship. From our workshop in Karen, Nairobi, we create durable bags, camp furniture, tents, and customised canvas solutions that serve safari operators, lodges, organisations, and outdoor enthusiasts across Kenya and beyond.

How We Started

Sabora Canvas was born from a straightforward observation. Quality outdoor gear was either imported at high cost or simply unavailable locally, with few local manufacturers that couldn’t satisfy market demands. We saw an opportunity to change that — to build products right here in Kenya using time-tested materials and skilled hands.

We started with canvas tent repairs, and later canvas bags and safari accessories. Word spread among tour operators and lodges who needed gear that could handle the demands of the bush. Soon, we expanded into custom vehicle interiors, bespoke tents, and a full range of leather goods.

Today, we supply individuals, safari operators, hospitality establishments, and organisations who value reliability over trends.
