Sabora Brass Basin and Stand – Polished Brass Vessel on Dark Timber Tripod.
The Sabora Brass Basin and Stand is designed for safari operators, lodges, and outdoor hosts who require a freestanding wash point that can be positioned without fixed plumbing. Handcrafted in Kenya, it pairs a polished brass basin with a dark-stained timber tripod, combining a hard-wearing metal vessel with a stable wooden support suited to repeated camp and event use.
The unit is intended for placement outside guest tents, along camp perimeters, on lodge decks, and within garden or event areas. Its standing height supports handwashing and grooming without bending, while the three-leg footprint fits beside tent entrances and deck edges. The basin lifts out for filling, emptying, and cleaning between uses.
The stand is built from three turned timber legs that cross at a central pivot and rest in a cradle at the top to hold the basin rim. A metal chain links the lower legs to set the open stance and resist outward spread on level ground. The brass basin presents a smooth, reflective interior that is straightforward to wipe down after use.
Built with attention to joinery and metal fitting, the Sabora Brass Basin and Stand provides a portable hygiene station for hospitality setups and private outdoor use.
